The Hearing Conservation Council (HCC) is a charity promoting and supporting activities for the prevention of deafness and the mitigation of avoidable causes of hearing impairment and conservation of hearing worldwide, particularly in low and middle income countries.
Always recognising that the many causes of hearing loss are not preventable and that deaf people can and do live active, full lives, the HCC have an emphasis on conserving the hearing of millions of people for whom avoidable hearing loss, particularly in childhood or old age, is a frustrating and preventable incapacity.

Starfish Asia supports schools and homes for disadvantaged children in Pakistan. Their projects are run independently by trusted local people who have a vision to bring about change in their communities.
With the focus firmly on education, Starfish believe communities will be strengthened sufficiently to eventually enable them to support themselves, giving them hope and a future.

Based in Ferring, Worthing, Wadars is a leading animal welfare charity and has been rescuing wildlife and rehoming companion animals since 1969. A registered charity, they rely almost entirely on donations, legacies and fundraising from the local community to make their work possible.
Wadars believe that animals enrich our lives: They also know that they cannot speak for themselves and need protection. Last year Wadars rescued more than 1700 injured, orphaned and at risk birds and wildlife, and rehomed over 400 cats, dogs and other companion animals.
Over 90p in every £1 that Wadars receive is spent directly on animal welfare.
