    I aim to reply on the same day that you send your message if sent within office hours on a weekday, or the next working day if sent at other times.

    Everyone’s needs are different so I don’t offer predefined price packages.  My work is high quality and bespoke – I never use off-the-shelf WordPress themes or drag-and-drop page builder software.  Please contact me with your requirements and I will be pleased to give you a no-obligation quote. Check this article for some useful guidance on typical costs in the market today.

    Quotes are valid for 6 months from date of issue.  If your quote is older than this, don’t worry, I will be able to review and revise it for you to ensure it’s still relevant.

    Lead times can vary.  It’s always best to check with me if your project is urgent. I sometimes book work a few weeks ahead and may not be able to start work immediately for you.  I will always do my best to accommodate your project if I have availability.
